Job summary

Veritas Search Group is seeking a Director of Information Technology in a hybrid role near Anaheim, CA. The leader will shape technology strategy, oversee operations, systems and infrastructure, and partner with senior leadership to align tech with business goals.

You will manage budgets, vendors, and internal IT staff, driving improvements across enterprise initiatives to ensure scalable, reliable solutions that deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of progressive information technology experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Experience leading enterprise technology initiatives and system implementations.
• Experience managing IT operations, projects, budgets, vendors, and teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute technology strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead day-to-day IT operations, systems, applications, infrastructure, and support functions.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for process and technology improvements.
