Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience drafting and negotiating technology agreements (in-licenses, out-licenses, development agreements).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive negotiations and contracting for technology agreements with customers, government agencies, universities, and suppliers.
• Define contract objectives in alignment with GF stakeholders (NRE payments, license terms, deliverables).
• Manage ongoing contract administration and business management for multi-year agreements.
• Support special projects on an as-needed basis.
