Ensono is seeking a Chief Technology Advisor to lead technical strategy for our largest clients. This remote US-based role partners with Sales, Consulting, and Operations to drive multi-year transformation initiatives, architecture frameworks, and value-based outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer sciences.
• Major Industry accreditations / certifications.
• 15+ years of experience as an architect in hosting and network space, in a consulting environment or with a MSP.
• Must have deep consulting or managed services experience in hosting, infrastructure, or cloud environments.
• Experience with large enterprise clients and complex, multi-year engagements.
• Proven track record translating business objectives into technology strategy.
• Experience managing projects through full lifecycle across multiple phases.
• Deep experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid solutions preferred.
• Full stack hosting knowledge: compute, storage, networking, security, DR, DevOps.
• Deep understanding of enterprise sales process, especially IaaS deals.
• Executive presence and ability to speak fluently with C-suite and senior technical leaders.
• Proven ability to influence complex decisions through storytelling and business case development.
• Comfort presenting to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Inform client about emerging technologies pertinent to their infrastructure needs.
• Interpret business opportunities and drive short and long-term technology roadmaps to create client value.
• Enable alignment of business objectives with IT roadmaps and analyze the technology landscape for gaps and costs.
• Advocate for standard reference architectures and design patterns aligned with client goals.
• Work with client IT staff and business leaders to promote end-to-end solutions across mainframe, open systems, and cloud.
• Collaborate to create Pursuit, Solution, and Sales strategies for existing clients.
• Conduct discovery and assessment workshops to penetrate client accounts.
• Develop solutions meeting client requirements and enabling adaptation to industry changes.
• Conduct solution development sessions and present technical solutions and business cases.
• Gain executive buy-in for complex solutions through clear storytelling and business cases.
• Gain client confidence as a trusted advisor through insights and experience.
• Align with Product Management to drive product enhancements and roadmap changes.
• Aid in driving stability and innovation in current and future state.
