Job summary

Ensono is seeking a Chief Technology Advisor (Remote – United States). As a seasoned technologist, you will promote technical innovation and transformation aligned with client business drivers to drive value-based outcomes and feedback to Ensono’s product and technology roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer sciences.
• Major Industry accreditations / certifications.
• 15+ years of experience as an architect in the hosting/network space.
• Deep consulting or managed services in hosting, infrastructure or cloud.
• Experience with large enterprise clients and complex, multi-year engagements.
• Translate business objectives into technology strategy.
• Manage multi-phase projects to client satisfaction.
• Public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid solutions.
• Full stack hosting knowledge: compute, storage, networking, security, DR, DevOps.
• Enterprise sales processes and IaaS deals.
• Executive presence and C-suite communication.
• Influence complex decisions with clear storytelling.
• Teamwork and knowledge sharing within an organization.

Responsibilities

• Inform client about emerging technologies pertinent to their infrastructure needs.
• Interpret business opportunities and drive technology roadmaps across the client environment.
• Align IT roadmaps with business objectives and identify gaps and impacts.
• Advise on reference architectures, design patterns and solution principles.
• Promote end-to-end solutions across mainframe, open systems, and cloud.
• Collaborate on Pursuit, Solution and Sales strategies for existing clients.
• Conduct discovery and assessment workshops to deepen account penetration.
• Develop and document solutions meeting technical and business requirements.
• Present solutions and business cases to diverse audiences.
• Gain executive buy-in for complex solutions with strong business cases.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with Product Management on roadmap enhancements.
• Drive stability and innovation aligned to client needs.
