Job summary

Ditch Witch, a division of The Toro Company, seeks a Product Manager I/II to guide an assigned product portfolio from concept to retirement. You will work with engineering, sales, and marketing to understand customer needs, define product concepts, and steer strategic roadmaps aligned with divisional goals.

The role emphasizes market research, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decisions. You will participate in MGPP planning, prepare launches, and drive growth across markets.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, marketing, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Underground Construction Division or industry related experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to articulate customer needs and market opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead multiple project teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned product portfolio throughout lifecycle to maximize ROI.
• Lead VOC activities and market research to understand customer requirements.
• Develop, present, and execute an annual MGPP for the portfolio.
• Define market needs, trends, and customer expectations; develop product strategy.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure design criteria, serviceability, and test plans.
• Develop product launch plans and coordinate daily product management tasks.
• Engage in IBP process with responsibility for sales, inventory, and transition planning.
