Responsibilities

• Manage assigned product portfolio throughout the entire product lifecycle to maximize ROI.
• Lead VOC activities and market research to understand customer requirements and drive product decisions.
• Develop and execute an annual MGPP defining market needs, trends and customer expectations.
• Develop and execute a clear product vision.
• Develop and execute product strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Create and develop business cases for new products based on market knowledge, competitive landscape, emerging technology, and customer needs.
• Champion new product development using the 1PDS stage gate process; advocate for customers and set specs and targets.
• Collaborate with engineering and test functions to ensure design criteria, serviceability, and test plans for quality and warranty.
• Develop product launch plans, coordinate daily product management tasks, and launch new products with marketing, training, and sales teams.
• Engage in the IBP process with responsibility for new product annual sales, inventory projections, and transition planning.
• Plan and deliver product sales training for launches, including live events and webinars.
• Provide internal teammates and dealer channel with timely product positioning information.
• Monitor and analyze market share, retail indicators, and order activity to understand performance.
• Collaborate with sales and finance on product pricing strategies.
• Support industry trade shows and events as subject matter expert.
• Cross-team collaboration to support strategic priorities and provide jobsite overview.
• Work with customers, dealers, and internal reps to drive strategy and decision making for best-in-class products.
• Complete other assignments as required.
