SPX Cooling Technologies seeks a Technical Proposal Manager II to lead proposal development for major projects, coordinating with engineering, legal and sales teams. You will develop budgets, provide strategic guidance on margins, and manage a demanding workload while mentoring others.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in proposals, strong negotiation and communication skills, and experience with HVAC/industrial contexts. Hybrid work may be available after probation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (preferred).
• MBA preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Lead proposal development for large-scale, complex projects.
• Develop and present cost estimates and margin strategies.
• Delegate tasks and mentor team within Sales Service.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs with Project Managers, Engineering, Legal and Sales.
