Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum BA/BS required.
• 3 years of related work experience.
• Strong project management and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply project management tools to ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-quality delivery of the project from concept to close.
• Lead the alignment of the strategy and approach for initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing the project with key stakeholders.
• Preventive management of roadblocks and generation of risk mitigation plans.
• Build and manage the project schedule, define the critical path, track activities and generate status reports.
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings including kickoff, team, risk assessments, reviews, and post-launch sessions.
• Provide transparency on project status and risks to cross-functional team members and the Project Management Lead.
• Maintain Nestlé's I&R processes and tools and ensure data accuracy and documentation per policy.
• Meet established KPIs and program metrics and drive process improvements.
