Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a project management professional for a hybrid role based onsite in Arlington, VA. You will lead cross-functional teams, align strategy, manage schedules, and mitigate risks to deliver projects that meet business needs and KPIs.

In this position, you will drive continuous improvement, maintain documentation, and collaborate across functions while upholding Nestlé's I&R processes. Strong communication and adaptability are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum BA/BS required.
• 3 years of related work experience.
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Apply PM tools to ensure on-time, on-scope, on-quality delivery with flawless execution from concept to close.
• Lead alignment of strategy and approach for initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing the project with key stakeholders.
• Preventive management of roadblocks and risk mitigation planning.
• Build and manage the project schedule, define the critical path, track activities, and escalate issues.
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings including kick-offs, risk assessments, reviews, and post-launch sessions.
• Provide transparency on status and risks to cross-functional teams and the Project Management Lead.
• Maintain data accuracy, deliverables, and documentation per Nestlé policies across projects.
• Meet established KPIs and other program metrics.
• Implement process improvements.
