Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end Innovation & Renovation and related initiatives across NHSc US. The role champions I2L, operational excellence, and continuous improvement to accelerate growth and optimize performance.

The position can be remote or hybrid, with a strong preference for candidates near Bridgewater, NJ or other Nestlé entities. You will partner with diverse teams to deliver on strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required; advanced education is a plus.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification, preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional projects, including New Product Development, Product Lifecycle Management, or Technology Transfer initiatives.
• Experience with Stage-Gate and structured project management methodologies preferred.
• Proficiency with project management software, portfolio management systems, and reporting tools.
• Experience with project planning, portfolio management, governance, and resource management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of Innovation & Renovation (I&R), Profit & Maintenance, TDC, Ensure Supply, and CTAG projects.
• Manage project portfolios through prioritization, governance, stage-gate reviews, reporting, and resource planning.
