Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years in project or delivery management roles.
• Experience supporting technology delivery teams in a large enterprise environment.
• Ability to define scope, objectives, and timelines aligned with business goals.
• Expertise in managing schedules, resources, and budgets for complex projects.
• Skill in identifying risks, managing dependencies, and ensuring release readiness.
• Using metrics to optimize delivery predictability and efficiency.
• Strong stakeholder communication and influence.
• Monitoring delivery health with KPIs and milestones.
• Driving adoption of modern delivery practices and fostering innovation.
• Understanding frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.
• Deep understanding of SDLC phases from requirements to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Align project scope, objectives, and roadmaps with product, business, and technology strategy.
• Manage multiple projects of low to medium size or a single high visibility project.
• Partner with product, program, and technology leaders to create plans and identify risks and dependencies.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure transparent communication.
• Lead events to support backlog prioritization, planning, and execution across projects.
• Track and report delivery health to stakeholders using indicators.
• Facilitate trade-off discussions using empirical data to meet milestones.
• Drive accountability for delivery against capacity, quality standards, and business value.
• Identify risks/dependencies and coordinate communications and training.
• Implement and refine delivery processes using data insights.
• Optimize workflows for continuous delivery and reduce context switching.
• Enforce engineering excellence and manage quality standards, debt, incidents, and changes.
