Job summary

Real Chemistry is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead software delivery across platform initiatives. You will own the delivery plan, coordinate milestones, and ensure alignment between internal teams and external partners in a rapidly evolving healthcare communications environment.

You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, maintain sprint backlogs and release schedules, and proactively address blockers and scope changes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing software delivery for product or engineering teams, in B2B or enterprise software.
• Experience coordinating one program across multiple external vendors or partners and several internal teams.
• Strong Agile fluency and skill at turning ambiguous workstreams into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Run the delivery plan for the platform, including coordinating milestones and the dependencies between teams.
• Own Agile ceremonies and keep sprints, backlogs, and release schedules up to date and easy to access.
• Coordinate delivery across internal teams and external partners, keeping commitments and handoffs clear on both sides.
• Track blockers and scope changes early and drive decisions with the right people in the room.
