Job summary

Real Chemistry is hiring a Technical Project Manager to run delivery across the platform. You’ll own the delivery plan, coordinate milestones, and unblock work across product and engineering teams.

You will manage Agile ceremonies, track blockers, and ensure release readiness across environments, collaborating with internal and external partners to keep programs on schedule and aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing software delivery for product or engineering teams.
• Experience coordinating a program across multiple external vendors and internal teams.
• Strong Agile fluency with ceremonies, backlogs, and adapting the process to the team.
• Ability to discuss APIs, data pipelines, environments, and releases.
• Excellent planning and risk identification skills.

Responsibilities

• Run the delivery plan for the platform, coordinating milestones and inter-team dependencies.
• Own Agile ceremonies and maintain backlogs and release schedules.
• Coordinate delivery across internal teams and external partners with clear handoffs.
• Identify blockers early and drive decisions with key stakeholders.
• Manage release coordination across environments and teams.
• Provide leadership with a current status and timelines for stakeholders.
• Develop scalable delivery processes as the team grows.
