Job summary

Real Chemistry seeks a Technical Project Manager to drive delivery for our platform. You will manage sprints, releases, and cross-team dependencies, reporting to the VP, Product. This role offers ownership across software delivery for a growing product team with external partners.

You will coordinate milestones, maintain backlogs, and keep stakeholders aligned on status, risks, and timelines while scaling delivery processes for future growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing software delivery for product or engineering teams.
• Experience coordinating one program across multiple external vendors or partners and several internal teams.
• Strong Agile fluency, including running ceremonies and managing backlogs.
• Enough technical depth to follow APIs, data pipelines, environments, and releases.
• Ability to turn ambiguous workstreams into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Run the delivery plan for the platform, coordinating milestones and dependencies.
• Own Agile ceremonies and keep sprints, backlogs, and release schedules up to date.
• Coordinate delivery across internal teams and external partners.
• Track blockers and scope changes and drive decisions with the right people.
• Manage release coordination across environments and teams.
• Provide leadership with a clear picture of status and timelines.
• Build the delivery process so it scales for future work.
