You will translate business objectives into technical milestones, orchestrate large‑scale initiatives, and ensure seamless rollout of features to customers while managing cross-functional dependencies and KPIs for leadership updates.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technical program management within SaaS, are fluent with APIs, databases and cloud

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects from inception to launch.
• Proficiency with Jira, Linear, Asana and documentation tools Confluence/Notion.
• Experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical skills to drive data-based decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of large-scale initiatives across multiple teams.
• Translate customer implementation needs into technical requirements and rollout features.
• Map and manage interdependencies between infrastructure and customer workflows.
• Identify bottlenecks early and manage trade-offs between speed and technical debt.
• Provide leadership updates on program health, resources, and KPIs.
