Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
• PM certification or strong project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Defines goals, deliverables, schedules, and critical paths for medium- to high-complexity programs.
• Secures commitment from teams and manages dependencies across areas of work.
• Clarifies requirements with engineering teams and translates product needs into technical designs.
• Manages design, architecture, and tradeoffs to ensure observability, monitoring, and rollback plans.
• Resolves ambiguities and aligns stakeholders on end-to-end technology solutions.
• Tracks projects against milestones, quality metrics, and budgets; negotiates timelines and resources.
• Maps deliverables to program success metrics and provides actionable insights.
• Prepares concise reports and communicates complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
