• Secure commitment from teams and manage dependencies for seamless execution.
• Translate product requirements into technical designs and collaborate on system architecture.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans.
• Communicate program status and risks clearly to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
