Job summary

Alpha Omega Integration in Arlington, VA, is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee ERO programs and cloud modernization. Hybrid work with a federal client requirement for US citizenship; the role bridges technical delivery, compliance, and leadership to ensure projects are delivered with transparency and aligned to the mission.

The TPM will drive strategic roadmaps, govern complex programs, and manage risk, change management, and cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing enterprise IT projects (IT modernization, cloud initiatives).
• Experience overseeing program governance and roadmapping.
• Knowledge of Change Management, Risk Management, and Cybersecurity in federal context.
• Strong executive-level communication and dashboards.
• Experience with SAFe or enterprise-scale environments is preferred.
• Active DHS/ICE experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term roadmaps and governance for IT initiatives.
• Direct complex programs from inception through deployment.
• Lead ad hoc operational integrations and mentoring during high-volume periods.
• Deliver status reporting on milestones and deliverables.
• Provide senior leadership with data-driven assessments.
• Enforce adherence to federal frameworks and standards.
• Lead high-level stakeholder meetings and drive actions.
