Job summary

Kastle Systems is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own enterprise-platform programs and the cross-functional tech work that drives them. Reporting to the CIO, you will orchestrate a unified plan across ERP, CRM, CPQ, and HRIS with external partners and internal owners from kickoff through go-live and steady-state updates.

You will manage dependencies, coordinate multiple workstreams, and deliver client integrations end-to-end, ensuring risk is mitigated and executive stakeholders are kept

Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise-platform programs across ERP/CRM/CPQ/HRIS.
• Proven ability to coordinate external implementation partners and internal owners.
• Ability to manage dependencies and go-live through steady-state updates.

Responsibilities

• Own deployment, configuration, and updates across the enterprise platforms: ERP, CRM, CPQ, and HRIS, from kickoff through go-live and into steady-state release management.
• Maintain a unified cross-program plan and manage dependencies between platforms to be sequenced deliberately.
• Coordinate external implementation partners and internal functional owners to a single plan, status, and risk view per program.
• Run recurring cross-functional status reviews across every owner on a given program, including vendors and partners.
• Own an end-to-end plan across client integration delivery — install, integration, hardware, onboarding, and access — with a single point of accountability across workstreams.
• Validate access as its own workstream and confirm delivery-method and migration assumptions before they become execution risk.
• Provide executive-ready reporting: one authoritative status, risk, and dependency view per owned program, communicated directly to executive stakeholders and the CIO.
