Job summary

Kastle Systems International, LLC is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own enterprise-platform programs and cross-functional technology work. You will coordinate ERP, CRM, CPQ, and HRIS initiatives, manage dependencies, and drive go-live readiness and ongoing release management.

Reporting to the CIO, you will align external partners with internal owners, run governance reviews, and provide executive-ready status updates.

Qualifications

• Enterprise platform programs delivery experience.
• Ability to sequence dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Experience coordinating external implementation partners and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Own deployment, configuration, and updates across ERP, CRM, CPQ, and HRIS from kickoff to steady-state.
• Coordinate external partners and internal owners to a single plan, status, and risk view per program.
• Run cross-functional status reviews with vendors, partners, and internal teams.
