Disney Cruise Line - The Walt Disney Company is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join the Data Intelligence and Analytics (DnA) TPM team. You will drive business‑critical initiatives, orchestrate planning sessions, manage stakeholders, and coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Analytics leaders across DTC to ensure delivery of consumer analytics solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Project Manager or Scrum Master for a technology team.
• Experience with large‑scale cross‑functional program management in a matrix organization.
• AI evangelist and hands‑on LLM adopter.
• Love for data and turning chaos into something actionable.

Responsibilities

• Own timeline planning and on‑time delivery across concurrent workstreams: build realistic schedules, manage scope and execution closely
• Deliver concise, executive‑ready communications: synthesize multi‑workstream inputs into partner and stakeholder comms and executive updates
• Prioritize backlog by business impact rather than due date; adapt to changes and proactively propose re‑sequencing as context shifts
• Help DnA vertical teams adopt Project Management best practices: e.g., utilizing a unified project management tool, business models and processes with stakeholders and across DnA teams; automation and efficiency improvements
• Develop strong, strategic relationships with partners and stakeholders across technical Product and Engineering teams, Data Platforms, business executives, and Analytics leaders
• Take initiative and a proactive approach to removing barriers and keeping projects moving forward.
• Manage cross‑vertical projects and identify the right resources by understanding team activities and solving analytical problems; accurately forecast risks and proactively mitigate exposure
• Convert business requirements alongside DnA verticals into high‑level technical specifications and identify key contributors by understanding technical concepts and the domain
• Stay informed on upstream product and data pipeline changes and their impact on the downstream analytics layer and reporting, requiring a deep understanding of data
