Job summary

Disney Cruise Line - The Walt Disney Company in Glendale, CA is seeking a Business Analytics & Intelligence Manager to lead analytics for licensed retail and licensee data, building automated pipelines and dashboards.

You will partner with IT and cross-functional teams, drive data governance, and translate business needs into data solutions. Strong Tableau/Power BI, SQL, and cloud/data warehouse experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytical roles.
• Experience leading lifecycle of analytic products from requirements to automation.
• Proficient project management; manage varying complexity and length.
• Self-starter, able to lead projects from inception to completion.
• Advanced user of Tableau, Power BI, and/or other data visualization software.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clear recommendations.
• Experience with structured and unstructured data.
• Knowledge of data pipelines and ETL tools (SQL, SSIS, Knime, Alteryx, Tableau Prep).
• Knowledge of Snowflake and SQL Server.
• Experience with external syndicated data: Circana, Euromonitor, Statista.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate analysis for owned retail and licensee data.
• Create dashboards and intelligence tools for business performance.
• Build automated data pipelines to minimize data gathering time.
• Collaborate with Technology to improve data quality and governance.
• Translate business needs into data requirements and deliver timely data.
• Stay current with AI/ML trends to identify process improvements.
