Job summary

The Walt Disney Company in Glendale, CA is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join the Data Intelligence and Analytics (DnA) TPM team. You will coordinate across Product, Engineering, and Analytics leaders to drive strategic initiatives and ensure on-time delivery across multiple workstreams.

You will manage stakeholder communications, develop roadmaps, and apply project management best practices while leveraging Jira/Confluence and other tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Project Manager or Scrum Master for a technology team.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate in ambiguity
• Experience with large-scale cross-functional program management in a matrix organization

Responsibilities

• Own timeline planning and on-time delivery across concurrent workstreams.
• Deliver concise, executive-ready communications and updates.
• Prioritize backlog by business impact and adapt to changes.
• Adopt PM best practices across DnA teams and tools.
• Build strategic relationships with Product, Engineering, Data Platforms and Analytics leaders.
• Identify and remove barriers to keep projects moving forward.
• Forecast risks and mitigate exposure across cross-vertical projects.
• Translate business requirements into high-level technical specifications.
