Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other technical discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of Program/Project/Account Management experience in a contract manufacturing environment.
• Strong communicator and presenter with customer advocacy experience.
• Ability to balance customer and organizational needs with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for all business/technical information exchange for assigned customers.
• Conduct quarterly customer business reviews with the business team.
• Develop and coordinate schedules and programs with customers and cross-functional departments to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
• Direct the integration and implementation of customer requirements with the Libra business team across engineering, manufacturing, materials, quality, and logistics.
