Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs across engineering, product, UX, and governance. You will mentor mid-level TPMs, drive agile ceremonies, manage budgets and risk, and ensure timely delivery of innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, computer science, or related field. Master’s degree a plus.
• PMP, Agile Scrum, or equivalent certification, strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of large-scale technical programs including initiation, planning, execution, release and closure.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure sprint execution aligns with program goals.
• Manage program-level budgets, resource planning, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Atlassian and other PM tools.
• Communicate program status, risks, and escalations to executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, UX, and governance teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
• Identify organizational impacts and define mitigation strategies for technical and operational risks.
• Drive launch readiness for new products, features, and programs.
• Mentor mid-level TPMs and contribute to best practices across the portfolio team.
• Assigned other duties and special projects as required by management.
