Job summary

Full Swing Golf, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery for our most complex and high-risk software programs.

You will drive master timelines, surface and resolve cross-tribe dependencies, and provide early release forecasts with recovery plans for leadership decisions. You will influence sequencing and trade-offs at the Director/VP level, mentor TPMs, and help evolve PMO practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Technical Program Management within a software organization.
• Experience delivering the most complex/high-visibility programs.
• Strong ability to forecast and defend commitments under ambiguity.
• Proven track record coaching TPMs and leading cross-team initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for the organization's most complex/high-risk programs across multiple pods/tribes.
• Build master timelines based on engineering capacity and throughput.
• Map and resolve cross-tribe dependencies to protect dates.
• Provide release forecasts and recovery plans when dates move.
• Maintain risk registers and escalation points for other programs.
• Run program reviews focused on decisions and blockers, not status updates.
• Communicate with Directors/VPs and engineering leads on trade-offs and sequencing.
• Mentor other TPMs and contribute to PMO Center of Excellence.
