Qualifications

• BS, MS, or Ph.D. in electrical engineering, physics, and/or mechanical engineering (other engineering or science degrees may be considered).
• 8–10 years of program management experience in a fast-paced R&D environment.
• US Citizenship with DoD Top Secret suitability and ability to obtain/maintain clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost, schedule, and tasking for multiple R&D HPEM programs.
• Act as liaison between customers, technical leads, and engineering teams.
• Provide leadership to multi-disciplinary teams to meet milestones.
• Convey program directions to technicians through senior engineers.
• Prepare technical proposals, schedules, budgets, risks, and volumes.
• Interact with government sponsors and senior stakeholders to secure scope changes.
