Job summary

Scientific Applications & Research Associates, Inc. (SARA) is seeking a Program Manager for the High Power Electromagnetics Division in Colorado Springs, CO.

You will lead multiple R&D programs, coordinate with government sponsors, and work with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, scientists, and technicians to deliver end-user products on schedule. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to navigate evolving requirements; US citizenship and DoD Top

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering or project field.
• 2–4 years of program management experience.
• US citizenship with ability to obtain DoD Top Secret clearance.
• Able to travel up to 10% of the year.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing direct management of cost, schedule, and tasking for multiple R&D programs.
• Act as liaison between customers, technical lead, and engineering team to execute objectives.
• Providing oversight and leadership to multi-disciplinary teams to achieve milestones.
• Preparing technical proposals, including volumes, requirements, schedules, budgets, risks.
