Job summary

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of related experience; Master’s 13+ years; PhD/JD 10+ years.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advisory and alignment to the PMO and customer.
• Oversee design, engineering, and construction challenges with senior-level guidance.
• Coordinate across multiple workstreams to maintain program balance and progress.
• Identify risks, challenges, and opportunities; implement solutions.
• Deliver clear, concise progress reporting to leadership and government partners.
• Promote best practices and continuous improvement across the program.
