Job summary

Acute Talent is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to support a federal program onsite at Joint Base Anacostia Bolling in Washington, DC. This position requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance and a proven track record delivering complex construction, facilities, and infrastructure programs.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate with government stakeholders, and provide status updates to executives.

Qualifications

  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
  • Experience managing construction, facilities, and infrastructure programs.
  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with government stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex technical programs from initiation through closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project management plans.
  • Create and manage project schedules and milestones.
  • Monitor project performance, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with government stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Prepare status reports and executive updates.
  • Review construction drawings and technical specifications.
  • Develop conceptual cost estimates using R.S. Means.
  • Ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
  • Support financial tracking and program reporting.
  • Manage risks, resources, and project timelines.
  • Travel domestically and internationally as required.
