Job summary

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required to be considered for this role.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience in the DoD or IC lifecycle logistics and supply chain management.
• Demonstrated ability to assess, improve, and manage large-scale, mission-critical supply chain operations.
• Experience collaborating with government stakeholders and executing process improvements in compliance-driven environments.
• Strong communications skills with experience preparing professional briefings and reports.

Responsibilities

• Support supply chain management operations, as directed.
• Create high-quality reports, position papers, and executive briefings.
• Analyze existing supply chain lifecycle processes—including material management, property/warehousing, and transportation management—and identify operational gaps.
• Recommend and develop strategies for process improvements and operational optimization.
• Recommend and execute corrective strategies to address audit findings.
• Review, analyze, and evaluate systems, applications, and SAP training modules; propose improvements as needed.
• Develop SAP training initiatives and materials, as directed.
• Conduct process mapping and document areas of improvement.
• Standardize documentation procedures across supply chain functions.
• Facilitate biannual property meetings, working groups, and related forums.
• Assist with planning and executing strategic marketing initiatives.
