Job summary

GPRS, the nation’s largest company dedicated to Intelligently Visualizing the Built World, seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead complex software projects for our SaaS product and other critical applications. You will build schedules, track milestones, and manage risks, while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, agile processes, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of project management work experience.
• Experience with developing and overseeing project schedules, mitigating risks, controlling scope, and standard PM processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with project management tools, processes, and methodologies; Microsoft Project a plus.
• Experience leading software and IT projects; PMP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage resources and deliverables related to project tasks, schedules, scope, risks, and acceptance criteria.
• Update related project documents and conduct risk assessments with mitigation strategies.
• Prioritize tasks across multiple work streams to meet goals and ensure timely completion.
• Drive decisions across diverse stakeholders and facilitate meetings to clarify requirements and deadlines.
• Monitor milestones and metrics and prepare status reports for leadership.
• Support change management and serve as the single point of contact for project communications.
