Qualifications

• 7+ years of program/project management experience, including 3+ years leading enterprise-level programs with multiple workstreams.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification.
• Ability to frame decisions and risks clearly for executive audiences.
• Experience running governance forums that drive decisions and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own and run the enterprise operating cadence for the strategic portfolio, including governance forums and decision tracking.
• Integrate initiatives into a single governance view and surface dependencies, risks, and blockers with recommended solutions.
• Anchor each initiative to a measurable business outcome with a named owner, baseline, target, and dashboard.
• Prepare decision-ready pre-reads for Leadership Team and Steering Committee.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, ensuring understanding of business value and accountability to commitments.
• Lead roadmap integration across short-, mid-, and long-term goals with IT Product Lead/Technical Lead.
• Govern the project-to-BAU hand-off with defined ownership and processes.
• Manage vendor partners and challenge claims to ensure value delivery.
