Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Technical Product Owner (TPO) for the Enterprise Supply Chain Make Product Group. The TPO will maximize throughput and realize business value by aligning manufacturing site objectives with technology capabilities, ensuring reliability, performance, and proper governance across local products for the Anasco plant.

The role includes coaching indirect team members and cross‑site collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred in CS/Engineering/Technology or Manufacturing Operations.
• Extensive IT product design and support experience in Supply Chain/Manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Orchestrate release of product/platform to the site ensuring reliable, compliant, and secure environment.
• Be accountable for Cybersecurity/TLM strategy roadmap… to assess and remediate/mitigate technology risk.
• Collaborate across Product/Platform groups to ensure dependencies and prioritization are clear.
• Accountable for site reliability performance and optimization of the site squad.
