Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's Global Trade and Transportation Technology team seeks a Technical Product Owner, Manager – Inbound Transportation to join the New Brunswick, NJ-based group. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years in technical product ownership or related roles for enterprise platforms.
• Experience owning a product backlog and translating business needs into epics, user stories, and priorities.
• Experience defining roadmaps, objectives, and measurable outcomes for complex digital products.
• Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes, including inbound transportation.
• Experience with SAP and warehouse or transportation management systems.
• Understanding of APIs, data flows, system architecture, security, and technical debt.
• Experience with agile delivery, backlog management, sprint ceremonies, and release planning.
• Ability to use data and feedback to prioritize work and measure value.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Enterprise Global Transportation and regional leaders to understand goals and value opportunities.
• Collaborate across Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Data, Architecture, Security, and Engineering.
• Represent the voice of the customer using research and operational data to guide priorities.
• Own, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog with epics, features, and user stories.
• Make day-to-day scope and priority decisions for the product team.
• Coordinate with engineering, data, integration, and QA to evaluate options and guide design decisions.
• Lead refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and release planning; ensure definitions of done.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and remove impediments to delivery quality.
• Guide design decisions and align with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and compliance.
• Define product objectives, key results, adoption measures, and value metrics.
• Track performance data and drive continuous improvement and roadmap decisions.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and mentoring environment.
