Job summary

NEURA Robotics seeks a strategic leader to drive initiatives directly from the CEO's vision, translating strategy into tangible roadmaps and governance across product, technology, and operations.

You will work across Engineering, Product, Manufacturing, Marketing, Finance, and People, ensuring alignment and fast execution while maintaining board-ready communication with executives and investors worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program/project management, strategy consulting, corporate development, or scale-up operations.
• Experience in robotics, machinery, or software/AI environments is a plus.
• Proven capability to lead end-to-end initiatives with an owner's mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives from definition through execution and scale the company.
• Steer product and technology topics with CEO mandate across business units.
• Build business cases for new moves like spin-offs, market entries, or partnerships.
• Provide insight into product teams and translate strategy into actionable decisions.
• Serve as interface between strategy and execution across functions and geographies.
• Represent the CEO Office with senior partners and external stakeholders.
