Job summary

Neural Concept in the United States seeks a Chief Marketing Officer to establish AI for Engineering as a new category and build the global marketing organization needed for the next growth phase.

Reporting to the CEO, you will lead an international team, own market positioning, category narrative and growth strategy, and translate complex technology into compelling narratives for engineers, executives and partners while driving enterprise opportunities and a data-driven demand engine.

Qualifications

• Senior marketing leadership in a technical B2B environment with global scope.
• Experience building or scaling a marketing organization with budget ownership.
• Proven ability to create or shape a market category and link it to growth.
• Strong product marketing and positioning capabilities.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise sales and multi-stakeholder buying.

Responsibilities

• Define positioning and category narrative across the company.
• Build the marketing operating model and decide resource deployment.
• Drive pipeline and enterprise growth in the US market and ABM programs.
• Build market leverage using partners, analysts, and PR.
