Job summary

UiPath, based in New York, seeks a Director of Strategic Initiatives to partner with the Office of the CEO and drive high-impact, cross-functional projects. You will translate data into strategy and guide execution across teams.

You’ll use strong consulting and product fluency to shape decisions, develop cases, and deliver measurable progress while interfacing with leadership and engineering.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or strategic finance.
• Experience with complex transformation work and senior client exposure.
• Fluency in enterprise software, product development, and AI.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for CEO-level decisions.
• Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or fast-moving tech environments.
• Strong analytical storytelling and delivery mindset.
• Comfortable owning details while aligning with the big picture.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Support the CEO with research, analysis, and preparation for strategic decisions.
• Lead defined enterprise initiatives from problem definition through delivery.
• Develop business cases and recommendations for growth and transformation.
• Create project plans with outcomes, owners, timelines, and risks.
• Prepare materials for executive meetings and off-sites.
• Analyze company, customer, and market data to identify insights.
• Track progress and report blockers and decisions required.
• Improve cross-functional ways of working and decision-making.
• Take on special projects for the CEO’s office as needed.
