Job summary

4over, Inc. is seeking a Technical Business Analyst in Columbus, OH to drive transformation through technology.

This role partners with Product, Project Management, Engineering, IT, Finance, and stakeholders to analyze processes and define business and technical requirements for enterprise systems. The ideal candidate has 5+ years BA experience, a Bachelor's degree, and a background in eCommerce platforms such as Adobe Commerce (Magento, OpenCart).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting enterprise applications or digital business systems.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements for technology initiatives.
• Experience supporting eCommerce Storefront and admin implementations, integrations, or system enhancements.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis, workflow documentation, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges, identify opportunities, and gather business requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and technical documentation.
• Analyze existing business processes and perform gap analysis to recommend improvements that increase efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
• Support business case development and solution evaluation for new technology initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure system configurations and solutions align with business requirements.
• Support data migration, system integrations, and process validation activities during implementation projects.
