• Ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level legal advice on technology matters to senior leadership.
• Draft and negotiate master services, data processing, and cloud/software agreements.
• Advise on regulatory, fundraising, and compliance issues affecting ALSAC.
• Partner with internal teams to implement policy and contract solutions.
