ALSAC is seeking a corporate attorney to provide high-level legal counsel on employment matters and broader issues for the organization. The role partners with the Chief Legal Officer and senior leaders to navigate regulatory, fundraising, contracts, and compliance.

Ideal candidate has a TN bar license, a Juris Doctorate, and 5–7 years in a legal environment or related employment matters, with a focus on risk management and governance. On-site with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in TN; 5–7 years in a legal environment or related employment matters.
• Juris Doctorate required.
• Experience handling employment matters including leave and accommodations, discrimination, and workplace investigations.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level legal advice on employment and related matters as assigned.
• Review and draft contracts, policies, and fundraising documents for compliance.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to resolve legal issues.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws; monitor regulatory developments.
