Job summary

DensityAI in Mountain View, CA is hiring a Technical Sourcer to fuel our hardware, silicon, and AI engineering hiring. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to build pipelines of exceptional, hard-to-find technical talent—design verification, RTL engineers, ML experts, and systems software.

You will run multi-channel sourcing, craft personalized outreach, screen candidates, and collaborate to translate role requirements into precise candidate profiles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience in technical roles.
• Proven success sourcing passive candidates with Boolean/X-ray, GitHub, LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to discuss engineering domains.
• Excellent written communication and data-driven, organized work.
• Experience with Greenhouse (or a comparable ATS).

Responsibilities

• Build and own top-of-funnel pipelines for technical roles in hardware, silicon, and AI engineering.
• Develop multi-channel sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, conferences, referrals, and more).
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to translate requirements into precise candidate profiles and search strategies.
• Run personalized outreach and engage passive senior talent to generate responses.
• Conduct initial outreach calls to assess interest and fit before handoff to recruiters.
• Maintain meticulous data hygiene in our ATS and report on pipeline health and conversion metrics.
• Build talent maps of target companies and competitors to inform proactive hiring strategies.
• Continuously experiment with new channels and messaging to improve response rates.
