Job summary

DensityAI is seeking a Technical Sourcer to fuel critical hiring across hardware, silicon, and AI engineering. You will partner with recruiters and managers to build pipelines of exceptional talent—from design verification and RTL engineers to ML and systems software.

You will own top-of-funnel sourcing, develop multi-channel strategies, conduct outreach, and maintain ATS data accuracy in Greenhouse, enabling proactive hiring and strong metrics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience in technical roles.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates with Boolean/X-ray, GitHub, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
• Strong technical fluency to discuss semiconductors, ASIC/SoC, design verification, or AI/ML.
• Excellent written communication; outreach that gets replies.
• Highly organized and data-driven, with multiple priorities.
• Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS and modern sourcing tools.
• Experience sourcing for hardware, silicon, or AI infrastructure companies.

Responsibilities

• Build and own top-of-funnel pipelines for technical roles, focusing on hardware/silicon and AI/ML engineering.
• Develop creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, conferences, and more.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to translate role requirements into candidate profiles.
• Run personalized outreach to engage passive senior talent and convert cold contacts.
• Conduct initial outreach calls to assess interest and fit before handoff to recruiters.
• Maintain meticulous data hygiene in Greenhouse and report on pipeline health.
• Build talent maps of target companies to inform proactive hiring strategy.
• Experiment with new tools and messaging to improve response and conversion rates.
