Responsibilities
- Lead recruiting efforts from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Develop sourcing strategies for highly specialized engineering talent.
- Conduct candidate assessments and screening interviews.
- Facilitate interview processes and stakeholder alignment.
- Partner with HR on offers and negotiations.
