Job summary

KLA is seeking a Senior Recruiter to partner with business leaders across engineering, product and operations to attract, engage, and hire top talent for critical programs in semiconductor manufacturing and related fields.

You will lead full-cycle recruiting, build proactive talent pipelines, advise on workforce planning, and drive a positive candidate experience while shaping interview processes and offer strategies across multiple functions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting efforts from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding support.

• Facilitate interview processes, gather feedback, and align stakeholders.
• Partner with HR and business leaders on offer strategy, negotiations, and closing candidates.
