Job summary

Hyphn is seeking a Project Manager/Program Manager to lead technology integration projects across multiple sites. You will develop schedules, coordinate AV, security, and low voltage teams, and drive progress from kickoff to closeout.

You will manage RFIs, change orders, and invoicing, while ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction. Strong communication and planning skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of project management experience on technology integration projects.
• Experience with low-voltage structured cabling and fiber/copper networks.
• Knowledge of access control, video surveillance, and security systems.
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools; ability to read plans.
• Ability to pass background checks and maintain valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and documentation from kickoff through closeout.
• Coordinate with AV, security, and low voltage teams to complete installation and commissioning.
• Lead client and internal kickoff meetings and maintain stakeholder alignment.
• Manage RFIs, change orders, and invoicing; track progress and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards; conduct site walkthroughs.
