Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–10 years of experience in project management, process improvement, business analysis, or related activities.
• Previous work experience in fund accounting, fund administration, custody administration, or related investment operations environments.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the identification, design, development, and implementation of projects.
• Partners with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful and timely project completion.
• Participates in user training, change management activities, and project evaluation.
• Analyzes business processes, identifies gaps and risks, and recommends solutions that improve service quality and operational effectiveness.
