Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a Project and Business Analysis Manager to optimize system adoption and minimize risk through effective project management, training, and cross-functional communication. Responsibilities include managing the Solutions Implementation team and overseeing conversion projects with internal and third-party solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a four-year college or university.
• 7–8 years of related experience and/or training.
• 7–8 years’ supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Leverage the appropriate project management methodology (i.e. Scrum, PMI) based on project requirements.
• Lead the successful implementation of business-focused processes & solutions.
• Track progress against stated goals and regularly provide status updates.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues.
• Continually seek ways to drive existing and new platform capabilities into business.
• Work closely with technology providers to develop implementation plans.
• Ensure adequate documentation exists for user adoption.
• Ensure training is delivered at time of solution implementation to maximize adoption.
• Measure adoption rates and adjust processes and procedures as needed.
• Provide leadership and management to the Solutions Implementation team members.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
