Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join the Execution and Enablement (EE) team. The role supports delivering strategic initiatives that improve efficiency, customer experience and productivity across Operations.

You will report to a Portfolio Leader and manage initiatives spanning multiple departments and stakeholders. The position offers the opportunity to lead ideation through to benefit realization, with emphasis on governance, reporting and executive collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three to five years of experience in project management activities.
• Experience leading strategic initiatives and cross-functional teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives through ideation, scoping, funding, execution and benefit delivery.
• Design and deliver on complex initiatives spanning multiple business units.
• Provide governance, reporting and risk management for projects.
• Develop trusted relationships with senior leaders and business partners.
