Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a Project and Business Analysis Manager to optimize system adoption and minimize risk through strong project management. You will oversee end-user training, cross-functional communication, and the Solutions Implementation team for internal solutions and third-party deployments.

Credentials include a Bachelor’s degree and 7–8 years of related, with supervisory experience. Strong banking operations knowledge and agile mindset are valued for successful deliveries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
• 7-8 years of related experience and/or training.
• 7-8 years' supervisory experience.
• Established understanding of both traditional and agile project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Leverage the appropriate project management methodology (i.e. Scrum, PMI, etc) based on project requirements.
• Lead the successful implementation of business-focused processes & solutions.
• Track progress against stated goals and regularly provide status updates.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues.
• Drive platform capabilities into business and ensure documentation.
• Provide leadership to the Solutions Implementation team.
